Empire Direct have launched a new checkout system to make it easier for customer to claim discount codes.
Empire Direct state "The new process has reduced the data entry element and the number of clicks a customer will have to go through to complete a sale."
You should now find it a lot easier but here is a guide to completing a sale using the new checkout process to help you on your way:
- Click on your shopping basket link
- Click on the option located at the bottom of your basket to input any relevant voucher codes
- Input relevant voucher code and click on 'apply voucher'. This will automatically adjust your new basket total and show your total saving - Click on 'proceed to the checkout' - Input personal and delivery details and click 'proceed to payment options' - Input payment details and proceed to the confirmation page by clicking 'submit order' to complete your transaction. |
