With the new law now in effect, the fine for using a hand held mobile phone while driving is now £60 and you will get 3 points on your licence too.
The BBC spent time with the Warwickshire police yesterday on the M6 and in just a few hours 30 motorists were caught and charged.
With the price of many bluetooth headsets at an all time low it's just stupid to risk an accident.
We had a quick look around and Micro Direct have a PNX BTH 6301 Bluetooth Headset for just £14.99 and a Nokia Advanced Bluetooth Car Kit for £60.45, both are so much cheaper than what the fine and 3 points will cost you, not to mention an accident.
Don't risk it, Drive safely.
