Since the announcement of the iPhone, Apple's new phone with a 3.5" wide touch screen, built in iPod, internet capabilities and camera by Steve Jobs, Apples CEO, there has been some controversy.
Firstly Cisco Systems, a worldwide leader in networking has filed a lawsuit to prevent Apple from using the iPhone name. Cisco trademarked iPhone in 2000 and use it to sell internet phones via Linksys, a division of Cisco.
Secondly over the term 'Visual Voicemail.' This allows users to pick up any voicemail messages directly and not in the order they arrived on the phone but, Nortel claim to already have this feature available so it too may lead to another lawsuit.
It's a shame an Apple a day, doesn't keep the lawsuits away.
