OCZ have introduced a hybrid cooling kit to their new 2GB dual kit DDR2 PC2-9200 memory.
Their OCZFX11502GK comes with the OCZ FlexXLC (Xtreme Liquid Convention) heat management system which uses a copper and aluminium design allowing heat to dissipate through the heatsink or via a water cooling system.
Another new feature is the 8 layer circuit boards with thermally conductive power and ground planes to guide heat away from the circuit connections.
All this means you can have fastest memory in your PC without adding to your internal temperature and asking the CPU fan to work harder.
As usual on the high end OCZ memory it is covered by a lifetime warranty and will be available through the usual online stores.
