Dell annouced the 3008WFP in November of 2007, and it looks like we are about to see this 30" LCD Monitor hit the UK very soon.

 

One of our eagle eyed readers dropped us a mail to say Scan have the Dell 3008WFP on their site for pre-order, and when he contacted them for a due date they said within the next 7-10 days.

 

The 3008WFP is one of the first monitors with the new DisplayPort which is reported to give twice the performance of DVI for higher resolutions, color depths and refresh rates.

 

It also has one of the most extensive lists of connectivity we have seen on a monitor to date, claiming to support VGA, DVI-D with HDCP, HDMI, S-Video, Component, Composite and DisplayPort.
