The Nintendo Wii has changed the way family's spend there time together with all generations wanting to take part and have fun. Wii Sports and in turn Wii Play both showed off Nintendo's main feature and got people out of their seats moving around.
Now with Wii Fit due for release on the 25th of April, Nintendo are encouraging more people play games and keep fit.
Up to 8 people can use this personal training software and keep a track of their progress in the inbuilt calendar as they play over 40 training activity's.
Along with using the Wiimote when you buy Wii Fit you will also receive a Wii Balance Board which communicates movement to the Wii.
