LCD monitors seem to be getting bigger all the time. 15", 17", 19", and quickly 22" was the norm, now 24" is fast becoming the screen of choice.
Dell had this market exclusively for some time but more and more manufacturers are showcasing new 24" LCD monitors.
Scan currently have the Iiyama PLB2403WS-B1 in stock for £321.95. Which for a 24" monitor seems to be a nice price when you consider the Dell 24" is also at Scan for £445.31.
The Iiyama does not have all the range of features that the Dell can boast, but it does beat it's spec in a couple of areas including a 2000:1 contrast ratio, and a 3ms response time. So for the price, unless you really need a specific feature Dell offer, the Iiyama looks like a good deal.
