Every time you buy a new mobile phone, GPS, MP3 Player, PDA or Laptop you always end up having to buy a new car adaptor for them. Scan may just have the solution in the form of a Cap10 Powercan adaptor.
The "PowerCan" is about the size of a can of pop, it plugs directly into your cigarette-lighter and gives you a normal plug socket allowing you to plug your standard charger into it, it also has a USB slot to enable you to power anything that charges via USB.
Power inverters have been in the Marine and Camping markets for a while now, but they are usually very expensive.
